Study (EAS)
Ever had a concern where you needed an objective assessment from someone
outside?
Our EAS is designed to take an objective look at how you accomplish
your work today versus where you need to be tomorrow to ensure effective cost
management. The EAS is conducted based on your perceived issues or
problems. Our consultants will look at your processes associated with your
concern and interview employees to validate or further define the problem.
No stone is left untouched. We maintain an objective view by looking at
the logical relationships between processes and those performing the process.
We will create a set of recommendations for your review and approval,
and assist you in implementing any or all of the recommendations.

Strategic Planning

Designed to facilitate a group of corporate leaders in
reassessing long-term objectives and strategies. During this process we
look at your overall vision, mission, and guiding principles.
We assess where you are today and where you want to be in the future.
From there we develop a roadmap based on definable objectives and action plans
on how to accomplish those objectives. If needed we will bring in
specialists in the area of marketing and branding, financial planning, or other
areas where specialized experience may be needed.
A typical strategic planning session can take from one-week to several months
