We offer several seminar programs
Developing leaders is an ongoing commitment that
corporations need to see as an investment in their future. Traditional
leadership theories are just as valid today as they were 30 or 50 years ago, but
need to be taught in context of the Echo Boomer or Generation Y values and attitudes of today.
At Tomorrow's Leader, we believe that the most important
resource that any company has its people. Our courses are designed to
maximize the return on investment by providing a fun activity based learning
environment that hits at the heart of corporate needs in preparing its leaders
for tomorrow.
Our flagship program is Tomorrow's Leader Experience (5-days)
Tomorrow’s Leader Experience is a five-day, hands-on training program designed to give
future leaders knowledge and skills-based leadership training. The program
consists of classroom and simulation exercises geared toward practical
application of time-honored as well as state-of-the-art leadership principles.
Emphasis is placed on self awareness through the use of
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), and the Time Mastery Profile®.
Participants are guided though the cognitive instruction and provided
opportunities to try out their new skills in a fun and challenging
activity-based environment.
The seminar is conducted over five consecutive days, typically Monday through Friday, and
would culminate with a graduation ceremony at the end of the fifth day. Each
offering is limited to a total of 20 participants to ensure each
participant has ample opportunity for hands-on experiences. The ideal delivery
environment would be at an off-site training location or internal corporate
training center.
Each of the five-days will focus on a different aspect of
leadership. The program will begin and end by placing emphasis on the
individual and their relationship to the organization. The program is designed
to be an intensive hands-on experience, exploring many aspects of the challenges
new leaders face as they live and navigate through their career:

Introduction to Project Management (2-days)
Projects have become the buzz word in Corporate America. Projects
make up a large portion of the work accomplished today. The very nature of
projects being smaller parts of the corporate strategy, make today's generation
ideal to work as project managers overseeing a team of experts. In this
two-day class participants will learn the basics of project management from
defining what a project is to creating a basic toolkit of processes and forms
needed to survive in the project environment. Through lecture and many
team activities, participants will have the opportunity to experience project
management first hand. This class uses the Project Management Body of
Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide published by the Project Management Institute as a
foundation for exploring project management concepts.
Advanced Project Management (3-days)
Advanced project management is designed to those familiar with the
project environment but desire to learn more. In this three day seminar,
participants will review the basics of project management and move on in to
advanced concepts such as cost management and contract management. In
addition, the seminar will explore topics such as effective negotiation, and
requirements gathering. During the three days, participants will team
together and work through a complete project life cycle.
